November 1st - deadline for submitting to our final Other:___ Magazine for 2010! It's never too late gorgeous people. Submit submit submit! If you're not sure where it goes, just send to other.editors@gmail.com.

November 3rd - Vertigo Gallery. A speakeasy event sponsored by Other:___ Magazine. More info upcoming. There's a writing workshop at 7pm and the Speakeasy at 8pm.

Ides of March Madness!

Yes it's 3 days late for the Ides of March, but you're 10 days early for our submission deadline! March 28th is the submission date for our Spring Issue.

Some other things are coming up for us at Other:___. We'll be at Vertigo Voices on March 31st. 7:00pm at the Kal (Vernon) Okanagan Campus. Come on down.

Mmm. Poetry Grand Slam

How would you like some p's and q's with your bacon and eggs? Other:___ is meeting at Vernon Denny's for our first ever Poetry Grand Slam. Short notice, I know, but it will be lots of fun.

Come join us on Monday March 15 at 7pm. We'll be located at the back of the restaurant. Bring your hunger for food and a hunger for poetic indulgence. Or at least just bring your heiny and drag your friends.
